Rope Sewing - Handbag

Add some “Zig to your Zag” with a new accessory.  That’s right!  Our next class will feature how to create a beautiful handbag with the skills you have learned so far in the last three rope classes.   You will decide how large you would like your handbag and what purpose it will serve - a day trip to the beach, or a smaller bag for light and easy travels.    We will use 100% Sustainable Cotton Rope from the Mountains of North Carolina.  Create your own style by adding color with thread, ribbon, or using your fabric scraps from other projects.  You will need to have taken the Rope Coaster Class, the Bread Basket and Rope Bowl classes prior to taking this class as the fundamentals of working with rope you learned from those classes will all be applied while creating your Handbag.
