Beginner's Quilt w/ Lynne Turner-Liro, 10/7,29, 11/7 and 11/18/2024 10:30 - 4:00

We will explore the basic building blocks of piecing that you will use in many of your future quilts: Rail Fence Block, Half Square Triangles, Hourglass Block, Log Cabins and Flying Geese. In addition to that, we will learn to create: Sashing with corner blocks, Borders, Quilting and Binding. Leaving you with a perfect, flat, square quilt that is 34" x 34". The pattern is provided FREE to course participants. Students need to bring their own sewing machines in good working order. Class will be held at the BERNINA World of Sewing Studio, 5218 Holly Ridge Drive. Just up the hill from the store. There are no refunds within 7 days of the class.
